What are the signs made of?
They are 3D printed. TO CONFIRM: filament type, e.g. PLA / PETG
What sizes are available?
Two sizes: Small 12 × 12 cm (₹499) and Large 24 × 24 cm (₹1,199). Every design fits inside the square you choose.
How many characters can I add?
Small fits up to 8 characters and Large up to 12. TO CONFIRM: confirm these limits Spaces don’t count.
Can I get my name in Hindi?
Yes. Choose a Hindi font on the product page and type your name using a Hindi keyboard.
Which fonts and colours can I choose?
The fonts and colours on each product page are the ones we have tested and keep in stock.
What is the Design help add-on?
For ₹500 we contact you on WhatsApp to finalise the layout and size before printing.
Can I change my design after ordering?
Yes, within 2 hours of payment and before printing starts — open Track order and tap Edit.
How long does delivery take?
7–10 working days, and 10–15 working days for bulk orders of 5 or more. TO CONFIRM: confirm these timelines Shipping is free. See our Shipping policy.
Can I cancel or return a personalised order?
Cancellation requests can be made from Track order within 24 hours of payment, before printing starts. Damaged or wrong items can be reported within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund policy.
How do I care for my sign?
TO CONFIRM: care instructions, e.g. keep away from direct sun/heat, wipe with a dry cloth
How do I mount a door or wall sign?
TO CONFIRM: what is included — adhesive tape, screws, keyhole slot

What payment methods do you accept?
